The Makeup

After setting the models' complexions, lead makeup artist Diane Kendal used a few NARS cream shadows from the upcoming fall collection to create the shape of the eye and form a base. She blended the bright cobalt Outremer shadow ($24; narscosmetics.com) on top. "To get that summer feel, we added glitter," Kendal said. "It created the perfect juxtaposition between winter and summer." And no mascara or heavy lipstick here! Kendal allowed the eyes to be the focal point, and finished the look with a sweep of brow gel.
