Rooting for the boys from Baltimore? Paint all five fingers in a deep purple like Anna Sui's Nail Color N ($15; urbanoutfitters.com), then use a few strips of tape to create a graphic pattern on your ring finger. Once your base color has dried completely, lay down three or four strips of tape to form a starburst design, then paint a black color like Ciate's ($15; sephora.com) onto the exposed area. Let dry, then use three or four more strips to create the same shape. Make sure to cover a portion of the black nail polish to create the outline, then paint a yellow color over the open area.
