That’s the message behind her latest single, “Dance Again,” and Lopez just premiered the video for the dance tune on American Idol last night. Enlisting her new boyfriend, 24-year-old dancer Casper Smart, the pair shimmies and shakes and blindfolds their way through a glitter storm, industrial steel rooms, and Lopez’s new Glowing perfume bottle—her 18th scent—filled with writhing half-naked bodies. (Lyrics include: “Baby your fire is lighting me up, the way that you move boy is reason enough, that I love to make love to you baby.” Sexy!) Her style for the short is quintessential bombshell J.Lo, complete with corseted bodysuits, fishnets, and a studded two-piece bodysuit by Norma Kamali. Though, there is one pertinent accessory that makes an appearance—a blindfold that says “Love is Blind,” which Smart and Lopez use on each other. Get the message? Between Lauren Conrad‘s Kohl’s collection, Paper Crown fashion line, and her website, The Beauty Department, her schedule is packed! But the reality-star-turned designer still took the time to film a cameo in the movie L!fe Happens, starring Krysten Ritter, Kate Bosworth, and Rachel Bilson. “It’s a hilarious story and the movie will be a definite must-add to my favorite chick flicks,” Conrad wrote on her site. Katy Perry got a G.I. Jane makeover for her new video “Part of Me”! Gone are her quirky costumes, blue hair, exaggerated eye makeup, and pin-up look, replaced instead with fatigues, combat boots, a makeup-free face, and a hacked-off dark brown bob for her Marines-inspired video. “This song feels like one of the most aggressive songs I’ve ever put out,” she told MTV. “It’s kind of an affirmation of strength. So I wanted to go the strongest route I possibly could.” She ventured to San Diego’s Camp Pendleton Marine base to shoot over three days, got real training, used real Marines as co-stars (no actors!), and worked with real equipment. “I just wanted to really go for it,” she continued. “I want to prove my strength.” So while her “throw your bombs and your blows” lyrics tout her unbreakable soul—in this video, she sets out to prove just how indestructible she really is. The final installment of The Twilight Saga isn’t due out until November, but the studio is already drumming up interest! The Twilight Facebook page—which boasts more than 31 million fans—posted a 15-second teaser to the Breaking Dawn – Part 2 Trailer this morning. The blink-and-you’ll-miss-it clip features just-turned vampire Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) navigating the forests of Forks, Washington at superhuman speed (wearing her heirloom engagement ring, of course). The full trailer debuts Monday morning on Facebook—we can’t wait!

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge gave her first public address today—nearly a year after she married Prince William—at EACH’s Treehouse Children’s Hospice in Ipswich, England, an organization that supports children with life-threatening conditions and their families. She began her speech by thanking the crowd and giving a nod to her royal man, who she said would have loved the facility. “A view of his, that I share, is that through teamwork so much can be achieved,” she said. “What you have all achieved here is extraordinary.” For her wardrobe choice, she gravitated toward one of her go-to colors, sapphire blue (it matches her ring), and chose double-breasted dress by Reiss. And it looks like she pulled this one out of her mother’s closet—according to Kate Middleton Style, the dress dates back to 2008, and it was a piece her mother first wore to the Royal Ascot in 2010. Watch her entire speech above, and tell us what you think in the comments!
