He’s an incredibly hard worker and brings a lot of great ideas to set during rehearsal.” We wouldn’t expect anything less from a superhero! When the mob comes after Oliver Queen’s family, he shows off some superhero-worthy moves to protect them, moves co-star Katie Cassidy said take serious training to pull off. “We have a great stunt team,” the actress told InStyle.com. “Our stunt coordinator, James Bamford, has taught me quite a few things and I look forward to learning more.” However, they take their lessons at different times. “I like to keep my workout separate from Stephen’s,” said Cassidy. “I don’t want to show him up!” Tune in tonight at 8/7c on CW to the cast put their skills to the test!
