The True Blood hunk announced last week that he plans to release a book all about fitness this holiday season, and he gave us more details about his journey into self-help at the 10th annual John Varvatos Stuart House Benefit this weekend. “[The book] will give you all the tips you need,” he told InStyle.com of his upcoming release, named Joe Manganiello’s Evolution: The Cutting-Edge Guide to Breaking Down Mental Walls and Building the Body You’ve Always Wanted. “It’s everything I’ve learned from over two decades of training with some of the best trainers on earth.” And there will be a special guest contributor, he noted: “My buddy, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is helping out with it.” Doesn’t this just pump you up?!
