Cate Blanchett‘s new film Hanna hits theaters today, and we’re excited to see her play Marissa Wiegler—a tenacious intelligence officer after young assassin Hanna (Saoirse Ronan). To match her character’s fiery personality, Blanchett wears an auburn wig for the movie. “I’ve actually been a redhead quite a few times in film, and it was really important to find a shade that worked with my skin tone,” the actress told InStyle exclusively. “In Hanna, going red was director Joe Wright’s idea, but I decided the cut of the wig.” Blanchett has rocked red hair off-screen, but when we asked her if she’d ever dye it again, she told us, “Probably not for a while. Charlie’s Angels are back! ABC is filming a pilot of the show in Miami right now, starring a new set of Angels: Rachael Taylor, Annie Ilonzeh, and Minka Kelly. “There’s something about girls kicking ass that just appeals to my personal taste at the moment,” Taylor told TV Guide. The women will play a former Marine weapons expert, con artist, and a martial artist, EW reports. Drew Barrymore is one of the show’s executive producers, familiar with the franchise as she starred in two Angels movies in 2000 and 2003. It’s still unknown if the show will get picked up by the network, though with this early preview from on set, it looks like the coordinating outfits are already fun to watch. Sarah Jessica Parker is filming a new movie in New York, I Don’t Know How She Does It. Parker plays working mom Kate Reddy for the film, and we’re pleased to see her character is getting a chic wardrobe.
