Kate Middleton’s St. Patrick’s Day Style: She Wore Her Green Emilia Wickstead Coat Again, Plus Baby News!

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge headed to Aldershot, as she did last year, to hand out shamrocks to the Irish Guards—and she revealed an exciting bit of baby news, too! Much as she’s known to do, Kate repeated a look that we love—the emerald Emilia Wickstead coat-dress she wore to last year’s ceremony. To fit her growing baby bump, Kate removed the skinny black belt she wore with last year’s look, then finished her ensemble with all black accessories: a floral beret, a turtleneck, pumps, gloves, and tights. And then she gave the troops (and everyone else listening in) a very special treat: According to People.com, Catherine revealed to Sergeant Thomas Laven that she’s hoping her baby is a boy, while she also said her husband, Prince William, who was nearby, is rooting for a little Queen-to-be. Look who felt the luck of the Irish this weekend! On St. Patrick’s Day, Jennifer Love Hewitt layered up in a turtleneck Kelly green sweater in West Hollywood, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge chose an alpine coat dress and black belt by Emilia Wickstead to present Irish Guard soldiers with shamrocks in Aldershot, England, Karolina Kurkova attended the GALA Spa Awards in Baden-Baden in a jade one-shoulder gown with a thigh-high slit, and Fergie launched Don-A-Matrix Training in Los Angeles in an emerald dress and matching jacket by BCBG Max Azria.
