According to a royal decree dating back to the 14th century, their child’s inheritance will include land and estates that are today worth approximately £348 million pounds or $550 million dollars, Bloomberg reports. The future monarch will also receive all of this tax-free! Nevertheless, he or she will still have to work for the deeds, as it will be their job to oversee the estates, attend to royal duties, and, obviously, be all-around fabulous.

Kate Middleton and Prince William were all smiles as they left the hospital in London in coordinating blue outfits! After St. James Palace confirmed that the Duchess was pregnant on Monday, The Duchess was admitted to the hospital to treat Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a severe case of morning sickness that causes dehydration. She spent three nights in the hospital, and emerged today in a patterned slate blue coat and powder blue scarf, holding a bouquet of yellow flowers given to her by the hospital staff. Kate told reporters that she is feeling much better. “The Duchess of Cambridge … will now head to Kensington Palace for a period of rest,” a palace statement read. “Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank the staff at the hospital for the care and treatment The Duchess has received.” We wish her a very speedy recovery and healthy pregnancy!

A new Prince or Princess is on the way! After weeks of speculation, St. James Palace confirmed the happy news today on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge‘s website. “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby,” said the release. The sex of the child and the exact due date is unknown at this time, however, the Palace said Catherine, 30, is in the “early stages” of her pregnancy. The Palace also noted that Catherine was admitted to the King Edward VII Hospital in Central London today with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a form of morning sickness that can lead to dehydration. We’re wishing her a quick recovery and a healthy pregnancy! The couple has been together over 10 years, and married in April 2011.
