The folks behind Pretty Little Liars just announced the show is getting a spin-off, Ravenswood, which focuses on a cursed town, and follows five of the locals connected to the superstitious legend. Talk about suspense! We love this kind of drama on screen and for beauty, which is why we’re also loving the neon lip PLL star Lucy Hale chose for the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards. “Lucy wore a white Dior dress, and we wanted a bold, bright lip,” said her makeup artist Fiona Stiles, who used the Obsessive Compulsive Lip Tar in Anime. “It’s an amazing pink hue that is almost electric!” The lip tar combines the lightweight feel of a gloss with the high-impact saturation of a lipstick, so make sure to apply the product using a lip brush to form a precise shape. “I blotted after applying the first layer, then powdered the edges so the color would stay in place,” Stiles added. Pretty Little Liars: Costume Designer Mandi Line on How She Picked That Red Coat

Last night’s Pretty Little Liars finale was epic! Not only did we (maybe) learn that the “late” Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse) is alive and well, but also that she might also be the infamous scarlet trench-lover, Red Coat. (Gasp!) But then we hopped on the phone to talk to costume designer Mandi Line, and she said we shouldn’t be too sure just yet. “We know that Red Coat is a female, because the writers just gave me the go-ahead to let her wear heeled boots,” said Line. But didn’t Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Hannah (Ashley Benson), and Mona (Janel Parrish) see Alison last night? “Maybe! Wait until you see the episodes coming up, though—it could go it any direction!” And for such an integral character, Line had to pick just the right cherry topper. “I didn’t want it to be too tailored, and I wanted it to drape nicely, so it had a little swing [when she walked],” said Line. “It couldn’t be too fashionable. It had to be able to take on [the action scenes]. Plus, I wanted it to be a nice blue-red, so it would complement a number of skin tones.” A number of potential A’s! Pretty Little Liars Finale Tonight! Costume Designer Mandi Line Picks Her Favorite Looks from All Three Seasons

Tonight, Pretty Little Liars ends its third season—and reveals another member of the “A Team.” Spencer (Troian Bellisario) seems to gone over to the dark side, and Aria (Lucy Hale), Hannah (Ashley Benson), and Emily (Shay Mitchell) are reeling from the possibility. Though, whatever happens tonight, we do know that each Little Liar‘s signature look, from Aria’s punk-rock duds to Emily’s increasingly feminine style, will be on full display, thanks to the dedication of costume designer Mandi Line, who has kept each girl firmly in character throughout three seasons. We asked Line what we could expect from the season finale—fashion-wise, no spoilers here!—and she did us one better, giving us her all-time favorite looks for each of the girls. Rejoice, Pretty Little Liars fans—it’s Tuesday, which means there’s a fresh episode of our favorite (and most stylish) teen mystery on tonight! Last week, one of the Liars found out that someone very close to her was a member of the A Team (gasp!). This week, the girls are banding together to help her cope—Shay Mitchell‘s Emily included. “I think in the beginning, Emily was looked at as the weakest link, and now she’s showing that she’s not, and she’s not the one to mess with either,” Mitchell told InStyle.com at the Nanette Lepore for jcp L’Amour launch party in New York. Why else is she loving season 3? “The second half of the season is really about one of the girls breaking down a little more than the others. It’s going to be interesting to see her character in a downward spiral after knowing her for the past seasons.” Oh, no! Any guesses, ladies? Tune in to ABC Family at 8/7c to find out!

With a new year comes new beginnings, especially when it comes to celebrities supporting their favorite brands. First up, Katie Holmes made her big debut as the new face of makeup brand Bobbi Brown, showing off her best smoky eye with the brand’s new eight-shade Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick, which Brown will debut in February. Meanwhile, Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson is the newest face of evening-wear designer Faviana. “I had a great time shooting the different looks and I felt amazing in every dress I put on,” Benson said in a statement. It’s not the first time Benson has put on her modeling hat—last summer she and co-star Lucy Hale were the face of Bongo.
