Pink Welcomes Baby Girl Willow Sage Hart

It’s a girl for Pink! The singer and her freestyle motocross motorcycle racer husband Carey Hart announced the arrival of her first child on Twitter last night. “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy. #beyondblessed,” she Tweeted. And with a girl, Pink’s mother’s prophecy came true: “My mom has always wished me a daughter just like me,” Pink told Ellen Degeneres when she announced her pregnancy on the show in November. Congrats to the new parents!

Sneak Peek: Pink’s “Raise Your Glass” Video

Pink has played everything from a boxer in training to a futuristic superhero, so it should come as no surprise that in her new video for “Raise Your Glass,” she’s paying homage to another feminist icon: Rosie the Riveter. A little history—Rosie represented the women who went to work in factories during World War II and used the slogan, “We can do it!” Sounds like a lyric straight out of a Pink song!

The video premiers on November 1st and is the first off her greatest hits album that hits stores on November 16.

Two of the music industry’s biggest stars had an unexpected surprise when they arrived at the Video Music Awards last night: Shakira and Pink were wearing the same Balmain dress! If there was ever a time that warranted a little diva drama, this was it, but the superstars stayed cool and collected and even shared a hug when they met up on the red carpet. “I think it’s hilarious,” said Pink when she realized the wardrobe deja vous. “I don’t care; I hope she’s not mad.”
