Nikki Reed knocked out two trends with one look! The actress was spotted leaving MTV Studios in New York City in an ensemble that she spiced up with a tuxedo-style menswear-inspired blazer in a paprika wash, which packed a one-two punch, thanks to its generous delivery of color. Take a leaf out of Reed’s book and dress up high-waisted shorts (gingham print, in this case) with the bright tailored blazer and blouse (perfect for summer). For the winter, pair the eye-popping topper with tapered trousers for an office-appropriate ensemble, or with skinnies on casual days. The Rebecca Minkoff “Becky Jacket” comes in a rainbow spectrum of colors: cobalt blue, red, hot pink and classic black. Nab the versatile piece at $325 at rebeccaminkoff.com.
What’s former Twilight star Nikki Reed been up to since the saga wrapped? Besides making music with her husband, American Idol alum Paul McDonald, the actress has been pursuing her other passion, jewelry design. Reed made her first foray into jewelry last fall with the debut of Mattlin Era, and now she has teamed up 7 for All Mankind to create a five-piece accessory collection inspired by the theme of the brand’s spring line, love and connectivity. “It feels very natural,” Reed told InStyle.com. “Love is very much on my mind. All the music that [Paul and I] are writing is very love inspired so it’s easy to connect with that kind of theme.” The collaboration also explores Reed’s evolving style. “Since I started doing music, I’ve been wearing a lot more denim,” Reed continued. “I wanted to think what pieces would go with my new looks because I’ve been exploring a whole different side of myself.” The result is a cohesive collection of funky mixed-metal pieces, including bangles and statement necklaces. Visit 7forallmankind.com to shop the jewelry, including the Story Telling Bangle Set ($84), Starry Night Earrings ($48), and Starry Night Necklace ($78).

Having a Moment: Bob Haircuts Like Christina Hendricks, Jennifer Lawrence, Katharine McPhee, and Nikki ReedApr 25, 2013 @ 8:00 am
Don’t call it a comeback—the bob has been here for years! The style has been a standard since the 1920s, but stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Nikki Reed, and Katharine McPhee recently gave the classic look new life. Christina Hendricks is the latest celebrity to jump on the trend: She debuted her new ‘do at Mad Men event in New York City, and proved that the versatile cut works on just about every face shape. Inspired to make a similar change? Print out a picture of the version you like best so your stylist can tailor it to suit you. The choppy sections should be cut opposite in proportion to your face shape—square or round faces are balanced by longer layers, while longer face shapes can go with shorter pieces.

Breaking Dawn – Part 2 may mark the end of the Twilight Saga, but that doesn’t mean Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene, and Nikki Reed will be abandoning the Cullen beauty routine anytime soon! Perhaps as a nod to their glamorous onscreen personas, each star stepped out at the film’s Los Angeles premiere with gorgeous hair. (And the makeup wasn’t too shabby either!) Stewart opted for her trademark tousled waves. A section of hair behind her ear was rolled inward and secured at the nape of her neck. Greene wore her strands down in loose curls. Sweeping the ringlets behind her ears, she took two small sections from either side of her head and fastened them in the back for an effortless half-up style. Meanwhile, Reed opted for a polished low bun. Scroll down to see their manes from different angles and get some Breaking Dawn 2 movie night hair inspiration. The film opens in theaters this Friday, November 16.
The end has come! Last night was the final Hollywood premiere for the final movie in The Twilight Saga—Breaking Dawn – Part 2—and we were on site at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles to take in all the action. “Every time we come back to do anything for these movies, it’s always the same feeling,” Kristen Stewart told reporters. “It’s what we’re going to miss. It’s that excitement.” Click through the gallery to see the pictures we captured (some of which you saw on our Instagram) to get a first-hand feeling of what it was like to experience this memorable moment!

In the final installment of The Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (in theaters Friday, November 16), we can expect a few things: a thirsty, red-eyed Bella (Kristen Stewart), an epic battle with the Volturi, and an accompanying soundtrack that will blow your mind. “The tracks have an intensity and depth that reflect the timeless and truly out-of-time love story that is Bella and Edward’s,” Alexandra Patsavas, music supervisor and producer of the record, told InStyle.com of the soundtrack, which is packed with moody, impassioned, lovestruck original songs by Green Day, Feist, Ellie Goulding, and more. Nikki Reed also contributes a ballad to the album, alongside her husband and former American Idol contestant, Paul McDonald. “Nikki and Paul’s track is a beautiful duet that reflects their own relationship as well as Bella and Edward’s,” Patsavas said.
