Country’s biggest stars turned Las Vegas into NashVegas last night! Keith Urban, Faith Hill (in Chado Ralph Rucci), Taylor Swift (in Naeem Khan), Tim McGraw, and more ventured west to the glitzy MGM Grand Garden Arena for the 48th annual ceremony for the mega-country celebration. Luke Bryan, who also co-hosted the evening with The Voice judge Blake Shelton, took home the evening’s biggest fan-voted honor, the Entertainer of the Year award, only made that much more special by the fact 1.1 million fans casted their votes, while southern newcomers Florida Georgia Line won the other fan-voted category, New Artist of the Year. Miranda Lambert took home the Female Vocalist of the Year prize for the fourth year in a row, making her only the third artist ever (after country legends Reba McEntire and Loretta Lynn) to win the honor four or more times. The Academy of Country Music Awards are Tonight: Here’s Who We’re Excited to See!

Grab your cowboy boots, y’all! The 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast live tonight from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. And it should be a good ‘ol time, with Blake Shelton reprising his hosting duties for the third year alongside first-timer Luke Bryan. Plus, some of our favorite leading ladies are planning to be in attendance including The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco as a presenter, three-time nominee Taylor Swift, Blake’s wife and competition (they’re both nominated for Entertainer of the Year!) Grammys 2013 Red Carpet: The Celebrities Who Didn’t Tone It Down

In anticipation of tonight’s Grammys red carpet—which is known for its outrageous fashion choices—The Recording Academy issued a decree on Wednesday asking that attendees make attempts to tone down the often revealing nature of their red carpet choices. But there were a few stars who didn’t pay any mind to the new rules: Jennifer Lopez (in Anthony Vaccarello), Katy Perry, Miranda Lambert (in Roberto Cavalli), and Kelly Rowland (in Georges Chakra Couture) all showed plenty of skin on the red carpet. “They didn’t say anything about leg!” Lopez told E! host Ryan Seacrest. “I thought I was being such a good girl. A little shoulder, a little leg!” Lambert also consciously disregarded the Academy’s notes. “Don’t show your side boob and don’t show your puffy skin, what does that even mean?” she said. “What is puffy skin? CMA Awards 2012: Miranda and Blake’s Best Date Night Ever

This is LOVE, people! Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton’s amazing relationship—the two married last May—was put on full display at last night’s 46th Annual CMA Awards in Nashville. And country’s power couple (it’s like they’re the Jay-Z and Beyonce of the country world) earned some of the night’s top honors—Lambert took home the award for Female Vocalist of the Year for the third year in a row, while her other half, The Voice star Blake Shelton, won Male Vocalist of the Year and the night’s top honor, Entertainer of the Year. “I. Love. Country. Music!!!!!!!!!! Thank you all!!!!” Tweeted a very excited Shelton after the ceremony. Plus, together they won Song of the Year for “Over You,” an emotional duet they recorded together. Now if this isn’t the best date night ever, we’re not sure what is.

Country’s power couple came out on top at last night’s CMA Awards! Miranda Lambert took home the award for Female Vocalist of the Year for the third year in a row, while her other half Blake Shelton won Male Vocalist of the Year and the night’s top honor, Entertainer of the Year. Plus, together they won Song of the Year for “Over You,” an emotional duet they recorded together. And the night didn’t end when they walked off the stage! We caught up with Miranda’s glam squad—stylist Tiffany Gifford, hairstylist Mara Roszak, and makeup artist Holly Chapman—to get the inside scoop on the star’s looks, including the satin and chiffon gown by Maria Lucia Hohan she wore on the red carpet. “Miranda said if she ever renews her vows, this is the kind of dress she’d want to wear,” Gifford told InStyle.com. “It made her glow.” Find out more in the gallery!
