The Kentucky Derby took place this weekend, giving celebrities the best excuse to break out their most over-the-top hats since the royal wedding. Niki Taylor chose a wide-brimmed neutral topper with an oversize flower, while Maria Menounos added some flair to her sculptural black decoration with hot pink feathers. Jordin Sparks kept it low-key in a classic white hat that would look right at home outside the racetrack, too!
