Jil Sander’s $260 Paper Bag: Would You Wear It?
Aug 29, 2012 @ 2:25 pmBagged lunch goes high fashion! This “Vasari” clutch from Jil Sander’s fall 2012 men’s collection is actually made of paper, which has been coated and stitched at the seams, and sells for $260. The bag is part of creative director Raf Simons’s final collection for the brand, which he helmed for seven years before joining Christian Dior as the new creative director. That’s enough to motivate lots of people to buy it, because the bag sold out at the brand’s Soho store in New York, according to the New York Daily News. (It’s still available at barneys.com, though!). Would you buy the designer paper bag? Vote below and tell us!
