It’s a girl for Jennifer Connelly and husband Paul Bettany! The actress and former face of Balenciaga, 40, delivered her new daughter Agnes Lark in a home water birth on May 31st, People reports. The little one is the couple’s second child together, and Connelly’s third (her oldest is 13 and from a previous relationship). The pair married in 2003. Congrats!

Congrats to Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy, lead singer of Muse, who announced earlier this week that they are expecting a baby, Us Weekly reports. The child will be Hudson’s second. In other baby news, a pregnant Jennifer Connelly nailed maternity style in a black dress and black wrap sandals on the set of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon while promoting her new movie, The Dilemma. Natalie Portman‘s maternity style is evolving on the red carpet. Last night, the Black Swan star (and February cover girl!) wore a halter-style Vena Cava sheath to the premiere of her latest film, No Strings Attached, and she recently wore a Vionnet dress with studded collar and cuffs to the Palm Springs International Film Festival Gala and a Jason Wu silk chiffon tiered dress at the People’s Choice Awards. As Portman’s pregnancy progresses—and she gears up to walk the Golden Globes red carpet this Sunday—she has plenty of well-dressed celebrity moms to take style cues from.
