HSN is headed to the land of Oz! HSN is growing its designer offerings! The latest to jump on board is Christian Siriano, who will join HSN’s roster of designers this February during HSN’s Spring Fashion Series when he launches Striking by Christian Siriano, a capsule of skirts, tops, jackets, and dresses ranging from $80 to $170. “This is runway style that is accessible with a wide variety of styles that can be worn every day, at any age,” Siriano told InStyle.com of the offerings, named because he wants women to “feel striking and beautiful” whenever they wear his clothes. “The collection is romantic, powerful, and of course, glamorous because that is how I love women to feel when they get dressed.” And the Project Runway alum is excited to get back in front of the camera when he debuts the collection on HSN: “It’s great thing for any designer to be able to explain the process of their work in front of any customer,” said Siriano. “I think when you have a face and a heart behind a brand to support it then it’s much more powerful. True Blood aired last night! And while the drama rages on between Sookie (Anna Paquin) and her main boys, Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skargard), we can’t help but get distracted by one little thing: Pam’s (Kristin Bauer van Straten) super-sexy costuming. “You get the script, and you have these pretty great scenes—these crazy scenes and dialogue—and then the wardrobe fitting feels like Christmas,” Bauer van Straten told InStyle.com at the launch of HSN’s TB-inspired Forsaken Beauty Collection. “[Costume designer] Audrey Fisher is amazing. She brings in a rack of that stuff and I email her and go, ‘What do you think we’re going to do—what direction?’” According to Bauer van Straten, there are only two options: “Sexy or sexier. You don’t do a lot of breathing during the day, but it’s fun!” Considering how devilish her character can be, we bet it is!

With a new episode of True Blood airing tonight, do you ever find yourself wondering if Pam’s getting a love interest? Kristin Bauer van Straten, the actress who plays the no-nonsense immortal with fangs, is asking the same thing. “I’m curious as to why I haven’t had a love interest, I’m really wondering,” she told InStyle.com at the launch party for Forsaken, the new beauty collection by HBO and HSN. “I’ve had a love interest off-screen, where I sort of did something I can’t say in a PG interview on top of a desk.” That said, she hinted her fictional love life will move more in front of the camera soon. “But, I’m looking forward to having a love interest and I’m looking forward to seeing who can capture Pam’s eye,” she said. “I suspect that she will be a she.” Just like the books—but maybe better! Tune in to catch a new episode of True Blood, airing tonight at 9 p.m. on HBO.
