Helen Mirren Pulls Badgley Mischka From Her Own Closet

Jan 30, 2012 @ 11:20 am

Helen Mirren attended the 64th Annual Directors Guild Of America Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday in a champagne gown by Badgley Mischka. This dress is one of her favorite black-tie options, as the Oscar-winner previously wore the look to the Golden Globe Awards last year. She even kept her pinned-back updo the same, down to the dangling front pieces. Of course, the secret to re-wearing an outfit like this is all in the accessories—she kept it minimal over the weekend by adding long drop earrings and keeping her neckline bare, and before, she slipped on a stunning Cartier choker for the Globes. Tell us: How do you keep your formal attire looking fresh?

Plus, see who else likes to double up outfits!

The Producers Guild Awards Red Carpet

Jan 24, 2011 @ 10:29 am

Kerry Washington, Amy Adams and Helen Mirren were among the celebrities in Beverly Hills on Saturday night celebrating the 22nd Annual Producers Guild Awards. Washington, pictured, wore a peach dress with sheer inserts by Hervé Léger for the occasion—she presented the documentary category—and accessorized with Alexis Bittar earrings and Rene Caovilla heels (inset). Look closely at her shoes—they include ivory beads on the straps and Swarovski crystals along the heel, which is what gives them a $1,400 price tag. Fancy! See what the rest of the celebrities wore to the Producers Guild Awards in the gallery.
