Paltrow was on hand to help Clinton host A Night Out With the Millennium Network, presented by The Clinton Foundation and The Reuben Foundation. Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt Book New Perfume Campaigns

Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow are together again, as both have been tapped as the new faces for two luxe fragrances. Paltrow is representing Hugo Boss’s new women’s fragrance, Boss Nuit Noir, while Pitt has been signed as the new face of Chanel’s iconic No. 5 scent. And he’s in good company! As the first male spokesperson, Pitt follows Nicole Kidman, Audrey Tautou, and Catherine Deneuve, who have all appeared in advertisements for the 91-year-old perfume. No word yet on when Pitt’s Chanel ads will roll out, but limited releases of Boss Nuit Noir will launch in August.

Tom Ford on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Oscars Cape: “I Love That She Was Brave”

Tom Ford has dressed everyone from Jennifer Lawrence to Beyonce, but he’s most proud of the minimalist white gown and matching floor-length cape he gave Gwyneth Paltrow for her appearance at the 2012 Oscars. “I have to say that was my favorite fashion moment,” the designer told audiences at the 92nd Street Y’s “Fashion Icons” lecture series in New York City. “I loved the simplicity of it and I loved it for that moment in time.” A cape takes confidence to pull off, and Ford acknowledged that. “I love that Gwyneth was brave enough to do that,” he said. “And that she stood so perfectly in that outfit.” We agree—she topped our 2012 Oscars best-dressed list!

The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala is often called the Oscars of the East Coast, and it’s easy to see why—the red carpet looks are just as breathtaking! Designers and celebrities climbed the steps of the Upper East Side museum last night to celebrate the opening of its new style exhibit featuring the work of two Italian fashion greats—Miuccia Prada and Elsa Schiaparelli. In turn, many of Prada’s biggest fans showed up wearing pieces by (and in honor of) the designer, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Eva Mendes, Kate Bosworth, and Diane Kruger, shown above.
