The remake of Footloose is inspiring footwear designers to update their red boot offerings! While Julianne Hough wears Frye kicks on the big screen as the millennial version of Ariel Moore, Twiggy and Matt Bernson both created new styles for their HSN lines in honor of the film. “My inspiration from the movie is a celebration of life and dance and trying to give a witty nod to Ariel’s iconic red boot,” Bernson tells InStyle.com, referencing the original 1984 Ariel actress Lori Singer. Find Bernson’s leather, suede, and patent ankle style for $180 at hsn.com, while Twiggy’s studded cowboy version is $160 at hsn.com. Do you own a pair of red boots?
