Found It! Eva Longoria’s Graphic Eyeliner

Eva Longoria brought the drama to the Cannes premiere of Le Passe by complementing her elegant Zuhair Murad number with an equally elegant cat eye. To create the look, Longoria’s makeup artist contoured her eyes using L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Quad in Army Brat ($8; lorealparisusa.com) and finished with a thick sweep of L’Oreal’s Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner in black ($9; lorealparisusa.com). Getting the precise shape can be tricky, so we recommend looking down into your mirror as you apply the product. This helps you get the color as close to your lashes as possible, eliminating the risk of any telltale eyeliner gaps. Finally, use an angled cotton swab to bring the winged-out edges to a point.

The 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival is in full swing! Celebrities flocked to the south of France over the weekend to premiere their buzzed-about films and, of course, attend the many glamorous soirees. Olga Kurylenko and Naomie Harris (in Monique Lhuillier) honored the industry’s filmmakers at Finche’s Quarterly Review Filmmakers Dinner, while Jessica Biel (in Marchesa) supported husband Justin Timberlake at the premiere of his new film Inside Llewyn Davis, and Dita Von Teese and Eva Longoria (in Emilio Pucci) helped raise money for women and children in need at the 2nd Annual Global Gift Gala. Tribeca Film Festival 2013 Premieres and Parties: See the Photos!

The Tribeca Film Festival kicked off this week in New York City! The festival, which was founded by Jane Rosenthal, Robert De Niro and Craig Hatkoff in 2002, celebrates the vibrant filmmaking world in New York City, which is why stars are gravitating to southern Manhattan to enjoy the 11 days worth of festivities. Film festival judge Eva Longoria and Mr. Mayhem Dean Winters lunched at the Tribeca Grill Loft for the Juror Welcome event, Zac Posen celebrated the 24-karat gold couture gown he made for Magnum Ice Cream’s short film As Good as Gold with Andrea Riseborough, and Olivia Wilde (in A.L.C.) and Karolina Kurkova (in Blumarine) attended the For the Love of Cinema Filmmaker’s dinner hosted by Swiss watch company IWC Schaffhausen at Donna Karan’s Urban Zen store. Actress Eva Longoria hosted a dinner Saturday night at Beso in Hollwood prior to last night’s 2012 ALMA (American Latino Media Arts) awards. The party, to help raise funds for the Eva Longoria Foundation, was co-sponsored by Target. “My foundation helps the women in the Latina community, with educational and entrepreneurial programs,” Longoria told InStyle.com. The actress wore a white Emilio Pucci minidress accessorized with Christian Louboutin heels and a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch. Not everyone was at the VMAs last night: Kerry Washington, Scarlett Johansson, and Eva Longoria spoke last night prior to Barack Obama‘s big moment at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC! How does a red-carpet regular dress for a political soiree? Washington wore a Bird dress and Roger Vivier’s Belle de Nuit pumps. Johansson dressed it down a little bit, opting for a patriotic American flag T-shirt, and Stella McCartney maroon slacks and blazer, while Longoria went for traditional democratic blue, with a gorgeous Victoria Beckham dress and Christian Louboutin heels.
