Sylvia Rosen, announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Rodriguez during Friday’s taping of The View, then took to Twitter shortly after to share a picture of her sparkler. “My daughter Lilah Rose wants everyone to now that her mommy and daddy are getting married,” she tweeted, along with an adorable photo of her 15-month-old daughter wearing the ring. Too cute! Congratulations to the whole family.

Danielle Fishel, our forever Topanga Lawrence, has been Tweeting from the set of Boy Meets World reboot Girl Meets World, and her most recent share is this adorable shot of her hand over co-star Ben Savage’s (a.k.a. Cory), with both actors proudly showing off their on-screen wedding rings. And we were so excited to see it, we asked InStyle‘s own jewelry expert Marion Fasel for her opinion (assuming Disney sprung for real bling rather than costume jewelry). If it’s real, “[Topanga's engagement ring] is a round-brilliant cut diamond in a prong setting on a knife-edge gold ring with similarly-styled gold wedding band,” said Fasel, author of With This Ring. “I would say the diamond was well over three carats. It is a real sweetheart set.” And she says Savage’s white metal band is equally classic. “It matches the mood of her ring to perfection.” A match made in TV heaven!

Christina Applegate married her longtime sweetheart, musician Martyn LeNoble, over the weekend during a private ceremony at their home in Los Angeles. The bride wore a gown by Maria Lucia Hohan, and a particularly sparkly accessory on her left ring finger thanks to jewelry designer Neil Lane, the multi-diamond ring shown at right, which matched the groom’s hand-made platinum wedding band, also shown. “We took her engagement ring and fit it in a sleeve of little diamonds to become one with the wedding band,” Lane told InStyle.com. “It’s platinum and diamond inset with tiny little diamonds everywhere. The diamond ring has a border of diamonds around it like a sleeve.” Lane also extended his congratulations to the happy couple: “It was just the right time for them. They’re a very happy couple. There is a great deal of love between them.”

Katy Perry got a brand new ring for Valentine’s Day! The singer was spotted leaving dinner with John Mayer wearing a ruby ring on her very special left ring finger, and Santa Barbara-based jeweler Daniel Gibbings, who designed the ring, gave us all the exclusive details on the stunner. The one-of-a-kind piece boasts a high-dome, heart-shaped 12-carat ruby set in 20-karat gold, and the side stones are tear-drop tsavorites (see the photo at right for a zoomed-in, close-up version). The designer revealed that Mayer purchased the bauble himself. While we don’t know for sure whether or not the ruby ring is an engagement ring, we do love the way she’s been coordinating it to romantic red outfits!
