In ten years, Watson transformed from 11-year-old red carpet rookie at the Sorcerer’s Stone premieres to an all-out style superstar. Click “See the Photos” to see how her premiere style has evolved. It’s a transformation even the pickiest transfiguration professor would be proud of.

Runway Look of the Day: Jil Sander & Bottega Veneta

Sep 26, 2010 @ 3:33 pm

Raf Simon’s Jil Sander show was the best of Milan, especially the black unstructured coat over emerald coat paired with a fuchsia top and bright pink pant (left). His gorgeous use of color and expert layering pointed spring fashion in a new direction. Everything that came down Bottega Veneta‘s runway was effortlessly chic. This blue grey silk pantsuit (right) could be worn for day or night—and will look just as elegant next year and the year after that!

Purple is This Season’s Hottest (or Coolest) Color

Sep 21, 2010 @ 11:53 am

The following is a guest post from one of our favorite online shopping destinations, Decadestwo.

We love lilac . . . and lavender, amethyst and eggplant. In fact, purple is our favorite color of the rainbow for fall. It’s rich hue works with clothing crafted for cooler climates, yet at the same time will add a pop to this season’s neutral color palette.  Every gal that we know is always searching for the perfect LBD. Stand out in a sea of basic black with this architectural royal purple cocktail dress from Bottega Veneta (size 38, $600). Click through the gallery below for more of our purple picks!
