One outfit you’ll see: Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) in a tangerine lace Blumarine dress from the label’s fall 2011 collection ($2,425 at neimanmarcus.com). The show’s stylist Eric Daman paired the vibrant piece—which got a rhinestone update before hitting store shelves—with burgundy Sergio Rossi pumps and a brass bangle by Sequin. The A|X Videomix by Armani Exchange allows users to create their own music video fashion show, share it with friends, and shop the looks. Meanwhile Blumarine’s app houses the label’s campaigns, store maps and latest collections. Download them both at iTunes.com.

Jennifer Lopez’s American Idol Outfits: All the Details!

Did you love Jennifer Lopez’s outfits on American Idol this week as much as we did? That’s why we caught up with Lopez’s superstar stylist Rob Zangardi to get the inside scoop on her looks. For Wednesday’s competition, Lopez wore an animal print dress and waist-cinching belt by Blumarine and Gucci shoes. “We loved the ease of this dress but the drama of it even more—off the shoulder and the shape of a T-shirt, but the look and feel of a gown,” Zangardi told InStyle. “Plus, everyone loves an animal print!” As for her look for last night’s elimination round, Lopez wore a white vintage dress with textured sleeves designed by Janey Lopaty. “It’s always fun to make a vintage dress look new and modern,” Zangardi said. “The lace detail on the collar and sleeves were really beautiful.” She finished with snakeskin platform stilettos by Christian Louboutin “to edge up the look” and baubles from the Beverly Hills jewelry store Azaara.

2011 Critics’ Choice Awards: Must-See Red Carpet Looks

The red carpet fashion at the 2011 Critics’ Choice Awards on Friday night featured a pop of winter whites. Best Actress winner Natalie Portman wore a single-strap white Gianfranco Ferré gown with a black band at the top, and paired it with Fred Leighton jewelry, Stella McCartney shoes and a Christian Dior clutch. Michelle Williams also chose white, her variation being a Balenciaga dress with embroidered floral details. She finished the look with Salvatore Ferragamo shoes and Neil Lane jewelry.
