Fun Size: In Theaters Today!

In the teen comedy Fun Size, Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice (who just hacked her hair) plays Wren, a sarcastic high school senior looking forward to hitting up a Halloween party. But those plans get derailed when her mother Joy (played by the hilarious Chelsea Handler) makes her take younger brother Albert trick-or-treating instead. Albert, of course, goes missing, forcing Wren and her friends to embark on an all-night adventure to find him, crossing paths with a variety of characters along the way. Director Josh Schwartz, creator of shows like The O.C. and Gossip Girl, delivers a fun film that’s smart and charming enough to be enjoyed even by those of us who’ve outgrown our babysitting years! Fun Size is playing in theaters now.

amFAR’s Inspiration Gala and More Party Pics

Last night’s annual amfAR Inspiration Gala left us inspired! The event raised $10.3 million to benefit the Foundation for AIDS Research, as well as honor Kevin Huvane, HIV/AIDS activist and longtime agent to stars like Sarah Jessica Parker, who flew to the west coast to congratulate him herself. “He’s really become a leader in this community in a lot of ways,” Parker said of Huvane at the event, held at Milk Studios in Los Angeles. “Especially for the young people around him in an organization that he’s helped to build—it’s so inspiring.” Guests included Octavia Spencer, chairman of the amfAR Kenneth Cole, Chelsea Handler, Kate Hudson, and Katy Perry, who gave special performance of some of her firework-starting songs. Click through to learn more about last night’s gala and see more photos from this week’s hottest parties.

It may feel like the world has descended  upon New York for Fashion Week, but there are plenty of events on the West Coast (and up in Toronto!) keeping Hollywood busy. Loads of A-listers hit the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles last night to raise awareness and funds for Stand Up To Cancer, which was formed by media and entertainment members affected by the disease. (In fact, the event was co-executive produced by Gwyneth Paltrow, who lost her father a decade ago to oral cancer.) Even if you missed the star-studded televised event, you can still donate. The annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner drew loads of stars to Washington D.C. Saturday night, where strapless and asymmetrical dresses were the look of the evening. Mila Kunis (right) chose a simple black Versace number with thigh-high slits and unexpected back pockets, while Brooklyn Decker  went for a cherry-hued Giambattista Valli frock whose neckline highlighted her new short ‘do. Scarlett Johansson also showed off her latest hairstyle in a sea foam green Elie Saab dress that offset the color of her freshly dyed red bob.
