This might be Britney Spears‘ biggest comeback ever and she never looked so good! The singer revealed on her Instagram account a sneak peek of her new music video for the single, “Work B**ch” off of her upcoming album due out in December. The 10 second video, with the caption reading, “ATTENTION PEOPLE!!! The world premiere of the new music video will premiere on October 1st on The CW, and the 31-year old singer is already getting to work as she recently confirmed her two-year Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino starting on December 27th. Drew Barrymore is a seasoned cover girl. InStyle’s September issue marks the seventh time she’s smiled for our front page, and as a seasoned vet, she knew exactly what to do at her photo shoot to add a Drew touch—bring her own playlist. Now, we’re sharing some of the songs she queued up at the Los Angeles shoot right here, from Ellie Goulding to Will Smith to Daft Punk. Her favorite? “There is this mashed-up song, it’s Lykke Li and Kleerup. It’s one of the most beautiful, melancholy, sexy songs,” she told us. “It was when I was in the dining room with like that fabulous white cream taffeta floral coat, and I was listening to that, and I was like ooh I’m having a moment.” Channel your own cover girl moment by listening to the Drew-curated playlist on Spotify. As if the Backstreet Boys reunion wasn’t enough of a reason to rock your body, the boys are also giving back to victims of Hurricane Sandy. The band collaborated with photographer Tyler Shields to create their back-to-pop-culture snaps, and the photos that came of it are now on full display at the Openhouse Mulberry Gallery in New York City with sales of the prints benefiting the Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. “When A.J. hit me up and asked me to do the album cover, I said absolutely, as long as they’re down to do something crazy,” Shields told InStyle.com at a preview for the exhibit in New York City, where all five members were in attendance. The result? The group traded in their ’90s-era image for sleek, modern get-ups, as seen in the photos here. If you’re hoping to add a 2013 update to your old-school BSB poster wall, prints and museum-quality photos are available at albumartists.co.uk now, with a select few signed by the boys and Tyler Shields. Proceeds will be donated to the Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund; visit sandynjrelieffund.org to learn more.

“I feel like I tapped into something that I didn’t know I had, I’ve become strong and more aware,” -Joy Williams, one half of the folk band The Civil Wars, told InStyle.com when she called to tell us all about her new album, The Civil Wars, which came out last week. For this singer-songwriter, the past few years have been a metamorphosis, with ups and downs that shaped her new-found strength and awareness. Last year, she and band mate John Paul White made their breakout debut, performed at the Grammys and took home two trophies (Best Country Duo/Group Performance and Best Folk Album) for their first album, Barton Hollow. Fast forward to today and the band is on an indefinite hiatus — yet their relationship status did not affect the release of the new album or the tracks on it. “Despite the communication problems [John and I] were having, we really managed to create something visceral, honest and raw,” explained Williams. “It’s a strange, miraculous tension that has birthed something beautiful.” Her personal had dramatic changes, too, though the happiest of kinds. She and husband Nate Yetton welcomed their first child, Miles, who is now 13 months old. “It’s the most exhilarating, exhausting, and wonderful experience becoming a mom,” Williams said. Scroll down to read more of her conversation with InStyle.com, and listen in as she discusses on-stage fashion, beauty must-haves for touring and, yes, the joys of never-ending mommy duty. More
Parisian couture designer Alexandre Vauthier is known for dressing some of the biggest faces in music (Beyoncé has strutted across the stage in his dresses and Rihanna loves his work) and TV (Michelle Dockery is a fan as well as Heidi Klum). Now, he’s got a new rising singing star to add to his famous fan club: 28-year-old British R&B crooner Jessie Ware. A well-known name (and voice) amongst fans of electronic-infused soul, Ware has worn the designer on at least two occasions, and professed her love for him to InStyle.com in New York last night. “He did my Mercury Prize dress (far right), which represented my album Devotion [out April 16]. It was the best dress I think I’ve ever worn,” Ware told us at Paper magazine’s bash celebrating her as its most beautiful person of 2013, where Ware represented her new fashion bestie by wearing a cross-knuckle gold ring by the designer (left). “He’s a wonderful man, lovely man. I like to keep him close by wearing the ring, if I can’t wear the dress all the time.” So sweet! Keep an eye out—this is just the beginning of their budding fashion romance.

Joe Manganiello is famous for his biceps, triceps, and all those other ‘ceps—he’s even writing a fitness book to share all his workout tips! And considering that bikini season is just around the corner, we pulled the True Blood star (in Hugo Boss) aside at Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night Founder’s Club Dinner in Phoenix this weekend to ask: What’s on his workout playlist? “Metal! Lately, we’ve been doing a combination of either [Pandora's] Metallica channel or the Audio Slave channel,” Manganiello told InStyle.com. “Those give you all of that 90′s music—like Sound Garden, Alice in Chains stuff. It pumps you up.” Aren’t you pumped just thinking about it? Summer, here we come!
