It wasn’t just a regular weekend for InStyle’s Fashion Director Cindy Weber Cleary—it’s the final weekend of Paris Fashion Week! As the excitement continues in France’s fashion epicenter, she’s sending us some of her favorite moments for InStyle’s Instagram. Yesterday, she snapped the runway finale for Phoebe Philo’s new Céline collection, calling the entire lineup “gorgeous” and “feminine.” (And that’s without a filter.) Season after season, Céline designer Phoebe Philo delivers head-to-toe looks that women truly want to wear. Her beautiful fall collection was no exception. The clothes, a bit more feminine than in prior years, offered styling options for every aspect of a woman’s life—from office to date night. The lineup felt entirely cozy, though it also delivered a super sexy silhouette (case in point: those curve-hugging skirts). The soft color palette and tactile fabrics added to the overall feeling of femininity and wearability. The accessories included a covetable mix of chunky-heel boots, modern chokers, and oversize clutches. See our favorite looks in the gallery.

Celine designer Phoebe Philo delivered a sleek collection for spring 2013. The designer offered a variety of chic work looks—from crisp jackets paired with slouchy pants to silky skirt and knotted top combos in subdued palettes of black, navy, and cream. For evening, we loved her inventive interpretations of the classic cocktail dress, with mesh inserts and frayed hemlines. The bags did not disappoint (the foldover clutch is the perfect day-to-night style, especially in lipstick red), while the chunky knotted leather bracelets are an instant outfit-maker. However, the most unexpected element of the collection was the fur footwear—flat sandals and pumps covered in colorful, fluffy fur. Check out our favorite looks in the gallery.

Couture detailing and exaggerated proportions ran prevalent in the Céline spring 2012 collection. Creative director Phoebe Philo developed a line of standout separates including a color-block leather top, pleated and peplum skirts, and versatile wide-leg trousers—perfect for day or night. Emmys 2011: The Impromptu Best Actress Category Beauty Pageant

Rob Lowe and Sofia Vergara held a hilarious impromptu beauty pageant when they presented the nominees in the Lead Actress in a Comedy Series category at the 2011 Emmy Awards tonight. But the presenters didn’t announce what they wore—so we will! From left to right:

Tina Fey in a black gown by Tadashi Shoji; Martha Plimpton in sparkling burgundy Zac Posen; Melissa McCarthy in a custom-designed dress; Amy Poehler in shimmery blue Peter Som; Edie Falco in a one-shoulder Randi Rahm design; and Laura Linney in a chic Celine LBD.

McCarthy ultimately took home the win. “Holy smokes,” she said as she took her statue. “Wow, it’s my first and best pageant ever.” After the show, Martha Plimpton admitted it was ultimately her and Poehler’s idea. “The whole point is that we should be up there celebrating each other,” Plimpton told InStyle.com. “If there’s no spontaneity and no fun, then what’s the point?” See what everyone wore on the 2011 Emmys red carpet in the gallery! Celine’s 2012 resort collection includes punchy florals, sheer fabrics, and slouchy trousers done in a cream, cobalt and vibrant pink palette. The line also features some outfit-making accessories, like extra-wide belts and shiny white peep-toe platforms, as well as some paneled leather pieces to temper all that summery sweetness. Full of leather panels, impeccably cut coats and leg-elongating trousers for day and night, Celine‘s fall 2011 collection was brilliantly streamlined. For evening, the label’s designer Phoebe Philo sent long black bustiers worn over sleek trousers down the runway. The collection also featured one pop of pink, and some bright color-blocking.
