The Heart Truth’s annual Red Collection Fashion Show helped kick off New York Fashion Week last night, with more than 20 stars—including Victoria Justice (in Oscar de la Renta), AnnaSophia Robb (in Alice + Olivia), and Colbie Caillat (in Nicole Miller)—channeled their inner models to strut down the runway at Lincoln Center wearing stunning red dresses by top designers made exclusively for the show. Combining fashion and famous faces to help raise awareness for heart disease, the event motivates them to take action to reduce their risk. Standout moments from the night? Lindsey Vonn raising her crutches triumphantly at the end of the runway, Joan Jett’s decision to forgo a dress and opt for a Catherine Malandrino jumpsuit, and the dance party finale that had all the celebrity-turned-models goofily dancing in their gowns to conclude the show. In the teen comedy Fun Size, Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice (who just hacked her hair) plays Wren, a sarcastic high school senior looking forward to hitting up a Halloween party. But those plans get derailed when her mother Joy (played by the hilarious Chelsea Handler) makes her take younger brother Albert trick-or-treating instead. Albert, of course, goes missing, forcing Wren and her friends to embark on an all-night adventure to find him, crossing paths with a variety of characters along the way. Director Josh Schwartz, creator of shows like The O.C. and Gossip Girl, delivers a fun film that’s smart and charming enough to be enjoyed even by those of us who’ve outgrown our babysitting years! Fun Size is playing in theaters now.

Victoria Justice and Leighton Meester have both traded in their long hairstyles for shorter crops! Meester said buh-bye to her signature Blair Waldorf strands in favor of a collarbone-grazing bob, courtesy of Gossip Girl hairstylist Lizzie Reilly. “My long, wavy hair got a lot of mileage, so it was time for a change,” the actress told Just Jared. “I hop out of the shower and it takes five minutes to dry!” Meanwhile, Justice unveiled her new shoulder-skimming cut at last night’s Hollywood premiere of Fun Size. We love how the sleek texture and precise center part give the style a sophisticated edge. Tell us: What do you think of their new looks?

You don’t have to be a celebrity to pull off Victoria Justice‘s voluminous waves. Thanks to the movement created by soft layers, a bouncy blowout looks great on everyone. Think your cheeks need a lift? Add volume at the crown. If your face is long, tease the sides more. Like a tailored jacket, this versatile style can be customized for every face shape. What’s more fun than the Teen Choice Awards red carpet dresses? The backstage shots! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart (in a Roberto Cavalli jacket) made a rare red carpet appearance together, Glee‘s Chris Colfer got close to Victoria Justice, and Taylor Swift (in Maria Lucia Hohan) caught up with Zac Efron, before taking to Twitter to share her excitement. “5 Teen Choice Awards?! I’m so happy I’m so happy I’m so happy I’m so happy I’m so happy– thank you so much for voting!” she wrote. See more 2012 Teen Choice Awards photos in the gallery!
Tonight is the 25th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards! To celebrate, we’re taking a look back at the styles stars like Selena Gomez, Victoria Justice, and Sofia Vergara worked on the orange carpet at last year’s ceremony. Click through the gallery to see what they wore, and catch the event at 8/7c on Nickelodeon.
Dress up your next ponytail in five seconds flat by pulling your strands over your ears like Sofia Vergara, Hailee Steinfeld, Sophia Bush, and Victoria Justice. The look can vary ever so slightly—Bush and Vergara untucked a few loose waves in the front, while Steinfeld and Justice kept every piece perfectly in place. When you try this hairstyle at home, remember: A drop of shine serum (like Josie Maran’s argan oil, $30 at sephora.com) before fastening your ponytail with an elastic will keep strands looking fabulously smooth and in ear-covering place.
