Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell layered up for her trip to New York this week! “New York is a lot colder than Los Angeles, so packing can be a little more difficult,” she told us at the launch party celebrating the Target and Neiman Marcus holiday collaboration, held at the retailer’s pop-up shop on Fifth Avenue. “I like it though because I get to have fun with layering pieces, which I don’t get to do in L.A.” And we found out where to shop her festive holiday pieces!
