Launch You’ll Love: Nikki Reed’s Jewelry for 7 For All Mankind

May 8, 2013 @ 9:15 am

What’s former Twilight star Nikki Reed been up to since the saga wrapped? Besides making music with her husband, American Idol alum Paul McDonald, the actress has been pursuing her other passion, jewelry design. Reed made her first foray into jewelry last fall with the debut of Mattlin Era, and now she has teamed up 7 for All Mankind to create a five-piece accessory collection inspired by the theme of the brand’s spring line, love and connectivity. “It feels very natural,” Reed told InStyle.com. “Love is very much on my mind. All the music that [Paul and I] are writing is very love inspired so it’s easy to connect with that kind of theme.” The collaboration also explores Reed’s evolving style. “Since I started doing music, I’ve been wearing a lot more denim,” Reed continued. “I wanted to think what pieces would go with my new looks because I’ve been exploring a whole different side of myself.” The result is a cohesive collection of funky mixed-metal pieces, including bangles and statement necklaces. Visit 7forallmankind.com to shop the jewelry, including the Story Telling Bangle Set ($84), Starry Night Earrings ($48), and Starry Night Necklace ($78).

Found It! Shay Mitchell’s Festive Holiday Outfit

Nov 29, 2012 @ 12:05 pm

Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell layered up for her trip to New York this week! “New York is a lot colder than Los Angeles, so packing can be a little more difficult,” she told us at the launch party celebrating the Target and Neiman Marcus holiday collaboration, held at the retailer’s pop-up shop on Fifth Avenue. “I like it though because I get to have fun with layering pieces, which I don’t get to do in L.A.” And we found out where to shop her festive holiday pieces! The actress paired her faux fur vest by Skaist-Taylor from the Target and Neiman collaboration ($80 at Target and Neiman Marcus stores starting December 1), with black velvet with gold brocade jeans by 7 for All Mankind ($198 at 7forallmankind.com). She then accessorized with Lia Sophia and Stella & Dot jewelry—”I love having jewelry everywhere,” she said—including this gold-plated, spike-covered Renegade Cluster Bracelet ($59 at shop.stelladot.com), and topped off the whole outfit with a generous swipe of MAC’s purple-red lipstick hue, Rebel ($15 at maccosmetics.com). What a festive combination!

Looking for a way to bring spring’s popular posie-print denim into the summer season, we spotted three chic ladies who paired their floral jeans with crisp, clean tops. Stacy Keibler worked her rainbow-bright 7 For All Mankind florals with a white tank, Ashley Greene matched forget-me-not J Brand jeans with a sleeveless colorblock top, and Katy Perry paired her flowery Alice + Olivia denim with a black Peter Pan-collared button-up. If you’re trying the look yourself, go for a neutral tank like these ladies so your bold bottoms get all the attention.
