The final season—noooo!—of Gossip Girl premieres Monday, October 8 at 9/8c, on The CW, and we’ve already planned our viewing parties for when Blair, Serena, Nate, Chuck, and the rest of the Upper East Side clan return to the small screen. InStyle.com caught up with Kelly Rutherford (aka Lily van der Woodsen) last night at the C. Wonder store opening in Manhattan’s Time Warner Center, where the actress revealed that filming is nearly complete, with only two episodes to go. “It’s been such an amazing and beautiful experience, on camera and off,” she told us. “To do a show where the backdrop is New York, it’s wonderful. And I love everyone I work with. But everything has to come to an end.” So, what kind of scandalous surprises can we expect at the end of this season? “You know, I don’t even know how they’re going to end it!” she said. “But there are a lot of twists and turns already that I’m even surprised by! I don’t really want to know yet. I’ll have to see what they’ll come up with.” At least we’re not the only ones!

Kelly Rutherford helped expectant Camila Alves celebrate her new role as the face of Macy’s INC International Concepts last night in New York City. “The thing that I love most about this collection is that any woman can find a piece that works for her,” Alves told us at the bash, held at No. 8 in New York.  “If you like bold colors, if you’re classic, if you’re bohemian, you’ll find something.” And Alves follows her own advice, as she wore a plum bandage dress, a silver cuff, and heels, all from the collection. QVC showed off its new celebrity collaboration lines last night at its 25th anniversary party during New York Fashion Week. Kim and Kourtney Kardashian stopped by to unveil their latest K-Dash by Kardashian line, their one Fashion Week appearance before heading to Los Angeles for the Grammys. “We’re wearing it tonight! I love it, it’s everything I would wear,” said Kim Kardashian. Also on hand at the presentation to show new bag lines: Camila Alves and Kelly Rutherford. “I have this bag in silver, taupe and black,” said Rutherford of the patent clutch she designed, which she carried on the red carpet to go with her Stella McCartney dress. “My daughter was wearing all of them tonight at home—I had to pull this one away from her to wear it! The accessories on Gossip Girl always catch our eye, which is why we’re thrilled to find out that one of the show’s stars is launching her own handbag line! Kelly Rutherford, whose style we love as her TV alter-ego Lily van der Woodsen, created a five-piece line of clutches and totes for QVC. “My priority is to design timeless pieces that women of all ages can wear,” Rutherford told InStyle exclusively. “I designed the bags for the chic working mom as well as the sophisticated urban girl on-the-go.” The collection, which she describes as “affordable luxury,” includes an evening clutch and satchel (shown), ranging from $130 to $199. But the big question is… would Lily wear them? “Lily would own the bags in every color,” she said. “They are priced so well, why not?
