Britney Spears has returned to her tawny brown roots! Last night at Elton John’s Oscar party, the star unveiled her new brunette strands—a drastic change from the platinum hue she has famously worn for years. While Spears has dabbled in technicolor highlights and recently added bangs to her long layers, the last time she was a brunette was back in 2010. We want to know: Do you like her new look? Highest-Paid Musicians: Britney, Bieber, and Swift

Forbes just released its list of the world’s 25 highest paid musicians, and a few of our favorites made the list! Britney Spears and her $58 million worth of earnings landed her the #7 spot, and Taylor Swift wasn’t far behind, tying for 8th place with Sir Paul McCartney at $57 million. Teen squeal-machine Justin Bieber came in at 10th with $55 million in earnings (and, at 18, is the youngest name on the entire list), and Rihanna placed 12th with $53 million. Who’s #1? Veteran rapper Dr. Dre with a whopping $110 million take-home. All the top-ranking artists have one thing in common: having several business ventures to supplement their musical careers—Britney’s Fantasy Twist, anyone?

Britney Spears and will.i.am Debut “Scream and Shout” on X Factor

On last night’s episode of The X Factor, judge and reigning pop princess Britney Spears debuted her newest video with her frequent collaborator, rapper/producer will.i.am, for his song “Scream & Shout.” It’s been a while since we’ve seen Brit Brit in a music video—the last time was more than a year ago, when she put out “I Wanna Go“—and she’s making quite the comeback with this latest clip. Channeling the ’80s era of vogue-ing, Britney (and will.i.am too, for that matter) works a club-ready look for this club-ready jam in midriff-baring sequin outfits, a nude/black shard and fringe corset from The Blonds, gold accessories, black leather gloves, and plenty of volumized hair. “He is like a big kid to work with,” Spears said of her collaborator. “It was a lot of fun, we had a lot of fun.” Check out the clip above, and (spoiler alert!) the song revives an iconic line of Britney’s from her song “Gimme More.” Can you guess what it is?

Bradley Cooper took his pooch Charlotte for a walk with some additional company from Zoe Saldana and his mother in Los Angeles, while Britney Spears debuted her new puppy, Hannah Spears, on Twitter. The X Factor judge even created a twitter account for her furry friend; follow @hannahspears to get updates about all of her doggy conundrums. The X Factor: Britney Spears’ Looks This Week

The X-Factor contestants battled live on stage for the first time this week, and Britney Spears dressed up to take her seat at the judges’ table. The pop star donned a short black Lever Couture dress for Wednesday’s performance show, and chose a Lublu dress collar style for last night’s results show. She accessorized the latter with Marni earrings, a Kelly Wearstler ring, a BCBG necklace, and a belt from Mango. We can’t wait to see next week—for the performances, too, of course!
