Earlier this week, Victoria’s Secret announced that Alessandra Ambrosio earned the honor of modeling this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra at the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. And now we know how she feels about the big news: “I feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now,” the mother-of-two told us of being selected at yesterday’s Christmas Dreams and Fantasies catalog launch in New York City. As she should! The Floral Fantasy bra is covered in 5,200 gems—amethysts, rubies, sapphires, as well as white, pink, and yellow diamonds included—and is worth an impressive $2.5 million. “It’s the most beautiful bra I ever saw in my life,” she said. “I’m not nervous about wearing it, but when the time comes I’m sure it will be a lot of pressure because anything could happen.” But she’ll have lots of practice before the big day—the Brazilian beauty already tested it for the photo shoot shown here. “There’s a very sexy push-up bra underneath so it feels good when I wear it,” she said. And is it easier than wearing her Angel wings? “Oh yeah! The Floral Fantasy bra is handset with amethysts, rubies, and sapphires as well as white, pink, and yellow diamonds—all set in 18 karat rose and yellow gold. But the most awe-inspiring rock is the 20-carat white diamond that sits front and center inside the blossom on the blingy brassiere. There’s also a coordinating belt that boasts more than 5,200 precious stones. The gems were selected after a thorough inspection of more than 15,000 from around the world. And while the mother of two has big cups, er shoes, to fill—Miranda Kerr was the lucky Angel who sauntered down last year’s runway in the coveted multimillion-dollar creation—genetically-blessed Ambrosio shouldn’t be too worried. The bombshell told InStyle.com that she started working out just two months after the birth of her son, Noah Phoenix, back in May. We can’t wait to see Alessandra Ambrosio strut her stuff in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which airs December 4th at 10 p.m. EST on CBS!

Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth to her second child, Noah Phoenix, in May, and has been getting back in shape ever since so she can walk the catwalk at this year’s Victoria’s Secret fashion show, which tapes next month. “I started working out two months after I had him,” the model told InStyle.com at last night’s third annual amFAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles, where she showed off her svelte figure in a Zuhair Murad gown. “I’ve been trying to work out four times a week, but for the show, I’ll be at the gym twice a day [for the] week before.” While she’s there, she likes to mix things up. “I love going to Pilates, I love doing spinning classes, I love doing everything that I do,” she said. “What I don’t love is to wake up early to work out.” We second that! The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on CBS December 4th at 10/9c.
