On Monday’s episode, Blairlooking tres chic in a polka-dot Bensoni dress, Roger Vivier shoes and Cacharel purse—is being hotly pursued by Louis, a dashing young man that B suspects is part of Monaco’s royal family. Her former flame, Chuck, is busy “starting over” in the City of Lights with a new woman, Eva (played by Clemence Poesy). Serena is on the lookout for Chuck at her mother Lily’s request, and back in New York, Nate meets a young student, Juliet (played by Katie Cassidy), who helps him scheme a plan to win back Serena’s heart. Legendary accessories designer Carlos Falchi, known for his pretty much perfect exotic skin satchel, has a secret weapon: For the third time, he’s called upon his 25-year-old Parsons-educated daughter Kate to help him design his next lot of must-have bags. The Painted Leaf collection features tiger-snake-skin handbags hand-painted with Kate’s leaf designs, which were inspired by their tree-lined street in Manhattan’s West Village. “Bright green leaves would sprout and a beautiful array of flowers would soon follow,” remembers Kate of her childhood home.
