The men’s Wimbledon championship game between Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic was a monumental event for British tennis, and stars packed into Centre Court in order to watch Murray defeat Djokovic to end the 77-year drought for British men in the tournament. While Murray was making history on court, Bradley Cooper and Gerard Butler almost stole the show in the stands with their enthusiasm for the match as well as each other. The two actors, dressed in coordinating suits, were laughing, cheering, and most importantly, snapping selfies as they watched from the sidelines. We’re thinking that their score is LOVE-LOVE. The MTV Movie Awards continued in grand tradition last night at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California, and there were plenty of stars on-hand to take in the most outrageous awards show in cinema. Harry Potter star Emma Watson (in Maxime Simoëns) took home MTV’s Trailblazer Award, and as she accepted the gilded popcorn statue, she got a little emotional. “You have supported me in all of my awkwardness and allowed me to grow into the kind of actress and person that I hope to be,” Watson told the audience. “Becoming yourself is really hard and confusing, and it’s a process.” Bradley Cooper accepted the award for Best Male Performance for his work in Silver Linings Playbook from presenter Melissa McCarthy, and Django Unchained stars Jaime Foxx and Kerry Washington (in Michael Kors) had a reunion backstage. Swoon! Ryan Gosling Wears Velvet for The Place Beyond the Pines Premiere, and All the Week’s PartiesMar 29, 2013 @ 1:20 pm
Ryan Gosling stepped out last night in a teal velvet suit by Gucci—which, we might add, matches his eyes quite nicely—for the New York premiere of his latest film, The Place Beyond the Pines. Gosling plays a bad boy in the movie, which also stars his real-life girlfriend Eva Mendes (in Prada) and Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper. For his role as stunt motorcyclist Luke, Gosling even designed his own tattoos. Is there anything he can’t do? The movie opens today in New York and Los Angeles.

The most magical man in Hollywood isn’t Magic Mike! We asked our Facebook friends to help us choose the sexiest man in Hollywood—Bradley Cooper or Channing Tatum—for our first-ever Man of Style Tug of War… and the results are in! The majority of users chose Silver Linings Playbook star Bradley Cooper. Really, what’s not to love about this guy? He’s smart, speaks French, treats his mother wonderfully, and that face. Total swoon. Facebook fan Jennifer Derner of Maple Grove, Minnesota knows it: “I wouldn’t be able to stop gazing into those baby blues,” she said. Agree? Disagree? The Oscars are Sunday night at 7/6c on ABC, but the parties have already begun! Vanity Fair hosted two big soirees last night in Hollwood, each to celebrate one of the nominees for Best Picture—and also support good causes! The cast of Les Miserables—InStyle cover girl Amanda Seyfried (in Dior), Man of Style Eddie Redmayne, and nominee Anne Hathaway, who were all joined by Isla Fisher, wife of castmate Sacha Baron Cohen—celebrated together to support the Los Angeles Fund for Public Education. Meanwhile the cast of Silver Linings Playbook, including nominees Jennifer Lawrence (in Roland Mouret) and Bradley Cooper, attended a party that raised funds for The Glenholme School, a boarding school for children with special needs. The Oscars are just one week away, and we caught up with Bradley Cooper at the annual nominees luncheon this month to find out how he’s preparing. Turns out, he’s less worried about himself, and more concerned about his date—his mom, Gloria. “I’m sure the day of, I’ll be calming my mother down,” he told reporters. “She still doesn’t know what to wear. I think I’ll be a caretaker!” Brad, if she needs any fashion help, tell her to call us!
