Kate Hudson attended this week’s Hot Pink Party fundraiser for breast cancer awareness wearing a sleek boatneck black jersey gown. We loved the look so much we put her in InStyle’s Look of the Day list, and we’re even happier to find out it can soon be yours. The design is by Ann Taylor (Hudson is the face of the brand), and it’s part of the soon-to-be-released Ann Taylor Events Collection, which will hit anntaylor.com this October (the dress will sell for $248). “Working with Ann Taylor has been a great creative experience, and there is a really wonderful connection,” Hudson said. The actress will also release a capsule collection for the brand this summer.

And, starting this season, her role for the brand will become even bigger—she’s designing AT’s first-ever celebrity capsule collection! “Working with Ann Taylor has been a great creative experience and there is a really wonderful connection,” Hudson said. The clothes, due out this summer, will be inspired by her red-carpet style (which is fabulous, as we all know). Shot at a French chateau-inspired estate in Pasadena, California, the campaign features Hudson in peplum dresses, leopard print shifts, and pops of pink, all of which will be available this August. ”Ann Taylor is about making sure women have one place to go where they can shop and still feel chic,” the actress told us of her modeling gig. “I’m a working mom.
