Jul 5, 2012 @ 4:05 pm

Building up your summer beach body? Take a cue from Julia Roberts’s trainer and pick up a pair of dumbbells. “People are so focused on cardio that when they can’t afford a gym membership, workouts go by the wayside,” says Roberts’s trainer Kathy Kaehler told InStyle. “Five-pound dumbbell weights allow you to do circuit and strength workouts, which keep your heart rate up, increase your metabolism and help you tone.” Pick up your own for $13 at amazon.com, and get more of Kaehler’s workout tips by following her Twitter, @kathykaehler.

Heidi Klum Launches New Balance Line

Sep 7, 2010 @ 10:41 am

Heidi Klum has just inked a deal to design her own collection of active wear with New Balance, which will be sold exclusively on Amazon.com. The line, which will feature silk-and-cotton tunics, tops, leggings and outerwear, will be available on October 7th and retail between $32 and $168. The Project Runway host designed the line with busy women, who want to be stylish yet comfortable, in mind. “I definitely know what it means to be on the go: four kids, school drop-offs, playdates, sports activities, the park…it goes on and on,” Klum told WWD. “As much as I love the gowns and sparkly clothes, what I turn to most in my closet are active clothes that look stylish but are most comfortable and work for all my activities. This is what my line for New Balance is all about.” Tell us: Will you buy Heidi’s New Balance collection?
