Adam Lippes’ Love ADAM Collection Debuts on HSN Tonight!

Love ADAM, Adam Lippes’ new collection for HSN, premieres tonight! “I love going to stores and working with customers, and this gives me a chance to do it in a bigger way,” the New York designer, who previously designed for Oscar de la Renta, told InStyle.com of his home shopping debut. The lineup you’ll see includes outerwear, printed dresses, trousers, and blouses, and many items are under $200. “These pieces are fun and refined,” he explained. “Any one of them can fit into your closet to make something fresh and fun. Adam Lippes Scored an HSN Line!

Adam Lippes is creating a line for HSN! The designer, who is known for creating easy, wearable pieces in his ADAM line, will debut Love Adam, a new lower-priced line for the TV retailer in late September. The collection will include tops, dresses, jackets, and coats (some shown left) and will be priced between $54.90 and $399.90, according to WWD. Lippes, a former designer for Oscar de la Renta before branching out on his own, has previously collaborated with Mango. He joins Iman, Badgley Mischka, Twiggy and a bevy of other celebrities and designers who have taken their brands to HSN recently.

ADAM Resort 2012: See the Photos!

Adam Lippes offered a sweet mix of casual and dressy for his ADAM resort 2012 collection. Subtle pastel hues of mint green, slate gray, and rose pink gave cotton terrycloth tops and pants a fancier touch. The sherbet colors continued on blouses, dresses, and skirts, with one top featuring a black, peach, and white graphic inspired by the artwork of German artist Imi Knoebel (right). For night, Lippes’ embellished pieces ranged from all-over sequins to dressed-up sportier looks. Plus, a white dress here and there seemed perfect for a lovely beach wedding. On Monday’s episode, Blair—looking tres chic in a polka-dot Bensoni dress, Roger Vivier shoes and Cacharel purse—is being hotly pursued by Louis, a dashing young man that B suspects is part of Monaco’s royal family. Her former flame, Chuck, is busy “starting over” in the City of Lights with a new woman, Eva (played by Clemence Poesy). Serena is on the lookout for Chuck at her mother Lily’s request, and back in New York, Nate meets a young student, Juliet (played by Katie Cassidy), who helps him scheme a plan to win back Serena’s heart.
