Paris Couture Fashion Week is in full swing, which means that my Instagram feed is all aglow with fanciful front row shots and dreamy backstage photos from the shows. Out of all the trends to hit the runway, one of my favorites was the playfulness of Giambattista Valli pairing fitted piped pajama tops with chiffon ball skirts and headscarves. I have always been a fan of the pajama dressing trend because it lends itself to an understated chic style. While I won’t be pairing my pajama top with a couture skirt, I did want to wear this little cropped PJ tee immediately!

This would look great with a heel for everyday city life, but it’s definitely versatile–I love a clean flat sandal with this look, too. A light tinted sunny, a cross body bag, a sleek pony tail, and lip tint add the finishing touches to the outfit.
