In all the photos for the brand’s fall campaign, Hudgens is going photoshop-free to encourage girls to be comfortable in their own, true skin. In the ads, the star will appear exactly as she did on set. The juniors brand, which is available at Sears and Kmart, hopes to inspire girls to feel confident no matter what their size and to motivate them to take bold fashion risks à la Hudgens.
It’s no surprise that the actress looks gorgeous in the series of ads, and her natural beauty shines through. “The clothes really make me feel carefree and confident, which is why I love that the final ad images are unretouched,” Hudgens says in a statement. “It’s so important for girls to remember that real beauty shines from within and I’m so proud that Bongo is choosing to send such a positive message with this campaign.”
