Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o took to Instagram to reveal the first look at her new Lancôme ad campaign (above)–and it comes as no surprise that she looks absolutely gorgeous. “The secret I never intended to keep,” she captioned the photo, in which her complexion looks as flawless as ever. The ad is for Lancôme’s Teint Idole Ultra 24H ($46; lancome-usa.com), a long-lasting foundation that Nyong’o describes as “light and long-wearing, allowing me to face my day with confidence and ease.”
Lancôme also unveiled four more of Nyong’o’s favorite products from the brand: a shiny gloss (Gloss in Love, $27; lancome-usa.com), a powder blush (Blush Subtil, $30; lancome-usa.com), eyeshadow (Color Design 5 Pan Eyeshadow Palette, $50; lancome-usa.com), and a skin serum (Advanced Génifique, $84; lancome-usa.com).
When the cosmetics company announced Nyong’o as the face of the brand, she shared how she’s “proud to represent its unique vision for women and the idea that beauty should not be dictated, but should instead be an expression of a woman’s freedom to be herself.” We can’t wait to see how she expresses herself in the rest of the campaign!
