Awards season may be over, but beauty’s biggest night is still on the horizon. Nominees for the 2014 Fragrance Foundation Awards, a.k.a. the Oscars for the perfume world, have just been announced, and this year’s list is getting an extra dose of star power, with the scents by Rihanna, Katy Perry, Jay-Z, One Direction, and many more up for consideration.

In the category for Women’s Popular Fragrance of the Year, Perry’s Killer Queen scent is going head-to-head with Justin Bieber’s The Key, and Our Moment by One Direction. Perry and Bieber have each taken home FiFi awards in the past, but this is One Direction’s first year being nominated — in two categories, at that! The group is also up for the Consumer Choice Celebrity Award, against Rihanna’s Rogue fragrance and Gold by Jay-Z. RiRi and Jay’s scents proved to hit the right notes among Fragrance Foundation judges, with both perfumes nominated for the Prestige Fragrance of the Year in the respective men’s and women’s categories.

And athletes are getting in on the game, too! Michael Jordan’s Flight Sport fragrance is another contender for a Consumer Choice Award, while Derek Jeter‘s Driven Rush has been nominated for Men’s Popular Fragrance of the Year. We’ll find out who takes home the most honors once the Fragrance Foundation Awards take place on June 16 in New York City, but we can’t help but wonder: Which scent are you rooting for? Vote in our poll below to tell us.
