Calling all tech-obsessed fashionistas! If you’ve been waiting for geek to become chic, Google may have just figured out how. The company just announced that it is partnering with eyewear designer, manufacturer, and distributor Luxottica, the name behind brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue Eyewear and Oliver Peoples, to create the most stylish Google Glass yet. While many of us may cringe at the thought of wearing a computer on our face, the idea of having it in Ray-Ban Wayfarer form makes it a whole lot more appealing.

“The two corporations will establish a team of experts devoted to working on the design, development, tooling and engineering of Glass products that straddle the line between high-fashion, lifestyle and innovative technology,” Luxottica said in a statement, adding that the first collection will “combine high-end technology with avant-garde design offering the best in style, quality and performance.” No news yet on when the products will be available or how much they will cost, although the focus will be on two of Luxottica’s most successful brands, Ray-Ban and Oakley.

This is the second time this year Google has made strides towards making Glass more appealing to the general public. In January, they announced the launch of the Titanium Collection, a line of four sleek prescription eyewear styles.
