Less than two years after it started as an online shopping site in London, Three Floor has become the newest brand loved by stars like Revenge actress Ashley Madekwe, Modern Family star Ariel Winter, and Amanda Seyfried, who wore the dress on stage at the MTV Movie Awards just a couple weeks ago. Ariel Winter chose the brand’s Attire dress (which you can snag on threefloorfashion.com for about $214) for the City Year event in Los Angeles this month. “I like wearing edgy things, and I really like this,” Winter told InStyle.com of her ensemble. “I thought it was really fun to wear.” Ultimately, this is a new go-to brand for trendy pieces at good prices. The designs start at $165, and are available at asos.com, revolveclothing.com, shopbop.com, and the brand’s own site, threefloorfashion.com. The 2013 Tribeca Film Festival has come to a close! Bryce Dallas Howard and Ari Graynor helped finish out the 11-day-long festivities by toasting to their peers at the Tribeca Film Festival’s Women’s Filmmaker Brunch, held at Company 3 in New York City. The event also marked the first time the Annual Nora Ephron Prize was given out, which is a $25,000 grant awarded to a woman whose work embodies the spirit of the late author. First-time writer and director Meera Menon took home the honor for her work on Farah Goes Bang, a film about an awkward twenty-something girl who travels with friends to stump John Kerry’s 2004 campaign. Oh, baby! Duchess Catherine and Prince William still have a few more months before their little one arrives, but Butter London has already created a nail polish to commemorate the mini-monarch. Named “Pitter Patter” to mirror the sound of tiny footsteps soon to be heard all over Buckingham Palace, the shade is an ultra-deep eggplant with dynamic plum shimmer. Ever since Roman Emperors donned the bold hue, purple has been commonly considered a sign of nobility, and we can’t think of a more stylish way to celebrate the arrival of the royal baby. This marks the third regal lacquer created by Butter London, with the shimmery violet “No More Waity, Katie,” celebrating Will and Kate’s engagement, and the lavender steel “Lillibet’s Jubilee” to honor Queen Elizabeth’s 60 years on the throne. Shop Pitter Patter now for $15 at butterlondon.com.

Hollywood headed to the capitol over the weekend to attend the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington D.C. The star-studded evening, attended by A-listers like Katy Perry (in Giambattista Valli), Sofia Vergara (in Herve L. Leroux), Nashville stars Connie Britton (in Temperley London) and Hayden Panettiere (in Katherine Kidd), Jessica Paré (in Antonio Berardi), and Gabby Douglas (in David Meister), was filled with laughs courtesy of the night’s host Conan O’Brien and President Obama, who poked fun at himself and O’Brien in his humorous speech. “I understand that when the Correspondents’ Association was considering Conan for this gig, they were faced with that age-old dilemma: Do you offer it to him now, or wait for five years and then give it to Jimmy Fallon?” the President ribbed (watch his speech here). The Odeon restaurant in New York turned into a mini Chanel runway at the 8th Annual Chanel Artists Dinner, when guests including Alexa Chung and Mad Men‘s Kiernan Shipka wore straight-off-the-runway looks for their night out to celebrate the Tribeca Film Festival. “It’s fabulous to wear Chanel,” said 13-year-old Shipka, who chose look 24 from the label’s spring 2013 show. “It’s truly amazing.” Chung agreed: “It has so much history and class that the clothing feels like that,” she said. Though, wearing Chanel wasn’t a requirement for the evening, which was also shared by Uma Thurman, How I Met Your Mother star Josh Radnor, rising star Mickey Sumner, and the festival’s co-founder Robert DeNiro. Taraji P. Henson enjoyed the night—pinot noir in hand—in a vibrant blue design by Stella and Jamie. Click the photo to see more.
A gorgeous piece of jewelry or a fragrant flower bouquet are each great Mother’s Day gifts, but Vera Wang is giving us a more creative option, combining both elements in her new Be Jeweled fragrance. The scent takes its title quite literally—housed in a jewel-cut flacon, the bottle catches light just like a statement-making ring, and the cluster of gems placed around the neck make this perfume a perfect topper for mom’s vanity. And although the notes of pomegranate, pink sugar, red currant, and champagne sound more like a luxe mimosa served at brunch, the fragrance proves to be just as refreshing when spritzed on. Pick up a bottle for $52 at kohls.com.
