InStyle’s editors were busy this week, hopping from showroom to showroom (like The Row and Rodarte) during the days and attending fashion parties in the evenings (like the prom-themed Kate Young for Target launch), and we posted all of our must-see insider moments on Instagram. When Julianne Hough stepped out to the British Fashion Council’s London Show Rooms event in Los Angeles, she complemented her Peter Pilotto dress with a cute pair of white pumps, and we found them! These Musilova sandals are the product of Preen’s collaboration with Aldo’s Aldo Rise program, which aims to help rising brands like Preen inhabit the spotlight. And with fans like Hough, they’re doing just that! The style is available in Hough’s chosen Ice colorway or a more statement-making neon yellow and python print combo. Shop them for $155 at aldoshoes.com.

Zoe Saldana’s longtime stylist, Petra Flannery, knows a thing or two about how to change up a wardrobe, which is why we turned to her to find out how to brighten up our spring closets. Running low on time? Shift your focus, Flannery suggests. “Freshen up your tops—everybody always has jeans and their little black jacket, but sometimes mix it up with fresh new tops,” Flannery told InStyle.com. “Also, try different necklines. That way you have your favorite pants, but you can make it look different.” Saldana followed this tip with her fun summery blouse, which she paired with a pair of moto-style denim (right). “Petra has been influential in my closet, but I run with it,” Saldana noted. “Sometimes she’s proud of me when I come see her for coffee!”
