Crain’s New York Business released its annual list of the 40 hottest names in business under the age of 40—and this year, some of fashion’s most successful faces made the cut. The list includes Neil Blumenthal, 32, co-founder of the trendy frames company Warby Parker; Katia Beauchamp, 30, who co-founded beauty sampling company Birchbox; designer Joseph Altuzarra, 29, who creates clothes adored by editors, stylists, and celebrities alike; as well as InStyle’s own managing editor Ariel Foxman. “He is the smartest kid in the class,” Martha Nelson, the editor-in-chief at Time Inc., told Crain’s of Foxman, 39.
