Revenge is back tonight! And while we can’t tell you whether or not Emily and Daniel are getting back together, we do have some important scoop: Ashley Madekwe loves her Revenge costumes! As the show’s resident Brit, Ashley Davenport, Madekwe spends her days in designer duds, and we caught up with her on the set of her shoot for Joico, the haircare line for which she is the latest face. “On the Revenge set, even if they’re not showing my feet, I’ll still wear my heels because it gets me in the feeling of Ashley Davenport,” Madkewe told InStyle.com, then added with a laugh, “Ashley wouldn’t be caught dead in Uggs! And my set shoes are Uggs.” She also picked her favorite looks from this season and last! Click through to see them, and tune into Revenge at 9 pm on ABC to see what Ashley wears next.
The time draws nigh—tonight is the finale of Downton Abbey’s riveting third season! We can hardly stand the suspense leading into the seventh episode, after the first six have taken us on an emotional ride that included the tragic death of Lady Sybil during childbirth, the release of the ever-beloved Mr. Bates from prison (thanks to Anna!), and a recent visit from the clan’s relatives in Scotland, including a fiery newcomer in the form of curly-haired Lady Rose MacClare (played by Lily James). The clip above reveals that the Crawleys brought more than just another family member back with them from Scotland—and also shows that everyone is pitching in to care for Lady Sybil’s baby in her absence. Watch the video and tune in to PBS tonight at 9/8c for all the dramatic action!

What are InStyle editors lusting after right now? From bags to shoes to jewelry—check out top picks from Randy Miller (an editor in our fashion department) and Marion Fasel (contributing fine jewelry editor) for our We’re Obsessed List. This white Dior rosette bag, Solange’s flaming heart ring, and these fierce scarlet and white Cassadei for Prabal Gurung wedges all got us excited. Click through the gallery to see all of this week’s favorites—if money was no object, of course.
Jessica Chastain is a red carpet pro, consistently wowing fashion fans in gorgeous gowns. What’s her secret? “I couldn’t do it on my own,” Chastain told reporters at the Critics’s Choice Movie Awards about her primping routine. “It’s like being on a conveyor belt. People will just go, ‘here’ and guide me in different directions.” It seems to be the right course! Chastain earned praise for her choices at the Screen Actors Guild Awards (in a scarlet Alexander McQueen gown) and the Golden Globes (in a seafoam green Calvin Klein Collection sheath). We can’t wait to see what she’ll don at next Sunday’s 85th Academy Awards, when she’s up for the Best Actress category for her heroic role in Zero Dark Thirty.

The Oscars are just one week away, and we caught up with Bradley Cooper at the annual nominees luncheon this month to find out how he’s preparing. Turns out, he’s less worried about himself, and more concerned about his date—his mom, Gloria. “I’m sure the day of, I’ll be calming my mother down,” he told reporters. “She still doesn’t know what to wear. I think I’ll be a caretaker!” Brad, if she needs any fashion help, tell her to call us!
