Julianne Hough and Josh Duhamel Discuss Safe Haven, Plus More Parties!

It was all smiles for Julianne Hough and Josh Duhamel, who were on-hand at “A Night with Nicholas Sparks’s Safe Haven” in Burbank, California. The unique event had actors like Hough and Duhamel—who star in the film version of The Notebook author’s novel, which tells the story of a woman on the run from her past who meets the man of her dreams—hold a panel on the film and show unseen behind-the-scenes footage from the set. The movie opens on Valentine’s Day.

Oscars 2013: A Performance By the Cast of Les Miserables?

The cast of Les Miserables could be performing at this year’s 85th Annual Academy Awards! While details have yet to be confirmed, The Daily Mail reports that the key players are expected to take the stage including Best Supporting Actress nominee Anne Hathaway, Best Actor nominee Hugh Jackman, Samantha Barks, Amanda Seyfried, and InStyle Man of Style Eddie Redmayne. And although it’s always nerve-wracking to perform in front of your peers, the cast has plenty of experience with live singing, since they belted out the iconic tunes live everyday while filming. Catch all the Oscars action on ABC February 24th at 7/6c, and watch to see if the cast will hit the stage—and possibly even take home the trophy for Best Picture.

Sundance Film Festival 2013 Parties: See the Photos!

After a few pre-festival parties that got underway in Los Angeles earlier this week, the Sundance Film Festival has officially begun! Powerhouse singers Jennifer Hudson and Alicia Keys united in Park City, Utah at Hennessy VS’s presentation of The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete, a festival film starring Hudson as a struggling addict and co-executive produced by Keys. Meanwhile, the festival’s founder, Robert Redford, posed with actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt at “An Artist At The Table,” a roundtable discussion amongst independent filmmakers benefiting the Sundance Institute. Sarah Burton, Dresser of Mom-To-Be Kate Middleton, Is Pregnant!

Sarah Burton is pregnant with twins! The creative director of Alexander McQueen—and the woman mainly responsible for dressing a pregnant Kate Middleton in all those looks—has announced that she is expecting. She will take maternity leave from her post, meaning that the iconic British brand will skip its upcoming Autumn/Winter 2013 show during Paris Fashion Week, which takes place in March. No word yet on just when Burton’s expected due date is, but we’re hoping it’s somewhere around July!

Star Stylist Kate Young Is Designing A Collection for Target

Target has just announced the latest addition to its growing roster of collaborations! Stylist and celebrity favorite Kate Young will partner with the retailer on a line of women’s apparel and accessories, including an assortment of special occasion dresses. Kate Young for Target is a limited-edition collection—priced from $30 to $90 for apparel and $15 to $50 for jewelry, handbags, and shoes—slated to launch April 14 in Target stores nationwide and on target.com, and will include her trademark modern, trend-driven aesthetic. “I’ve been working with Target for a number of years as a stylist, so having the chance to design my own collection with a brand I already know and love is like a dream come true,” Young said in a statement. “With this collection, I wanted to design standout pieces that allow women to experiment with fashion and create their own red carpet moments.” And with current clients like Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, and Rachel Weisz—not to mention designers like Jason Wu, Derek Lam, and Nina Ricca, who have all worked with Young—you know you’ll be in good company!

Anthony Ryan Wins Project Runway All-Stars Season 2

Congratulations to Anthony Ryan! The Project Runway Season 9 contestant won season two of Project Runway All-Stars last night, taking home the $150,000 prize last night after debuting a collection he dubbed “The Line.” Judges Georgina Chapman and Isaac Mizrahi couldn’t get enough of his designs: “that’s the best dress I think I’ve ever seen on Project Runway,” Mizrahi said about Ryan, who beat out fellow Project Runway alums Uli Herzner (from season 3) and Emilio Sosa (from season 7). Way to go, Anthony!

Rihanna’s River Island Collection Will Show at London Fashion Week

Rihanna will show at London Fashion Week! The risqué singer is taking her collaboration with U.K. clothing brand River Island to the runway, as the brand has confirmed that her as-of-yet-unseen Spring/Summer 2013 collection will show on Saturday, February 16. “Launching at London Fashion Week is a dream come true for me,” Rihanna said in a statement. “I have wanted to design my own collection for a long time, and to present my collection for River Island alongside all of the other great design talent at LFW is a real privilege. I can’t wait to see the reaction from my fans!” RiRi is no stranger to the runway—the star just took it over in December at the most recent Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for her come February!
