Jane Fonda, who at one time earned notoriety as queen of the workout video, is back at it with today’s release of Jane Fonda AM/PM Yoga for Beginners DVD. The 74-year-old promises to help you “build strength, improve flexibility, and relax the body” with this disc, providing three workouts for morning and two for evening. Studies have shown that a regular yoga practice can relieve stress, melt away the pounds, and even help relieve asthma attacks. It can also increase your mental prowess, a trait we already know Jane admires. “I’ve learned to be more self-aware,” she told InStyle.com at a New York fundraiser for her charity, the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention. “I didn’t pay attention [when I was younger], and I wish that I had. I used to think it was a bad thing, but I now think it’s a good thing to know who you are and how you want to present yourself to the world.” Click here to shop her yoga DVD. Ms.Fonda, I have been unable to find you Yoga am/pm video, and its always out of stock on some web sites,(and thats a good thing for some), but i would so like to have this video, in fact my rheumatologist recommended it to me, but I cant get it, I have been diagnosed with fibromyaliga and sjogren’s syndrome and that limits me from doing alot some days. Ms. Fonda I am 58 yrs old, a widower,a mother and grandmother and I so hope I look as good as you do when I get your age, could you please help me find a video or let me know where I can get in what store.
