On last night’s episode of The Voice, Christina Aguilera debuted blue dip-dyed hair, continuing her colorful strand streak. “The blue was something we just loved,” hairstylist David Babaii told InStyle.com. “Overall we wanted something cool and a bit sexy, but not overworked.” To complement her new tips, makeup artist Kristofer Buckle gave Aguilera a bright turquoise eye. “My inspiration for Christina’s look was ‘Malibu Punk Barbie’—easy, fun, colorful, and cool,” Buckle told InStyle.com. “I used MAC Fluidline gel liner in Blacktrack to create a dramatic, upper winged line and Stila’s Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Bellissima to get a pale coral color that goes great with a tan, the turquoise eye, and her pink jeans.” Tell us: What do you think of Aguilera’s Barbie-inspired look?
