The original American Idol is back at it, aiming to prove that she’s still got the powerhouse pipes that first earned her the title. Kelly Clarkson just released her music video for “Catch My Breath,” the debut single off her new album, Greatest Hits: Chapter One, which hits stores this Friday, November 16. The “Stronger” chanteuse herself wrote the song, an anthem about taking time to appreciate the simple things in life. “I’ll spend the rest of my time laughing hard with the windows down, leaving footprints all over town,” Kelly belts out with her signature subtle country twang while wearing a beautiful black cutout gown and appearing to float through water, bubbles escaping her mouth where her breath ought to be.
